Bill Schilling has been president of the Wyoming Business Alliance/Wyoming Heritage Foundation since 1986. He has been responsible for the organization of seventy-three public forums and economic outlook meetings, attended by over 15,000 individuals from Wyoming across America. Schilling has been
active and a leader in a number of legislative fronts, including: education accountability, infrastructure development, the creation of the Wyoming Business Council, Kern River Natural Gas Pipeline, the Hathaway Plan, and federal land planning. In 2000 he was instrumental in the creation of Leadership Wyoming, a partnership between the Wyoming Heritage Foundation and the University of Wyoming, which has 487 graduates and for which he serves as executive director.

Laurie is a results driven multi-media and marketing specialist with industry recognized expertise in the fields of: public relations, marketing, media communications, graphic design, media production and on-air talent. She is an award winning television news anchor and current host of Optimum’s “Meet the Leaders” cable television program. Prior to joining the WBA/WHF, Laurie was the Vice President of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and Owner of Farkas Consulting. Laurie is a proud Wyoming native and is married with two children.

Jennifer Duncan is the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for the Wyoming Business Alliance/Wyoming Heritage Foundation. With a strong background in public relations, office management and administration, she is responsible for the day to day operation of the office as well as planning and organizing various meetings and forums. Jennifer is a Casper native and has had the opportunity to
travel and live in many regions of the United States and decided returned to Wyoming. She and her husband Scott enjoy the many outdoor recreation opportunities that Wyoming offers. They have 5 adult children.
